Job Description:

1.        Focus on research and development peptide projects

2.        Provide consultancy and achieve technical excellence within the department;

3.        Coordinate with the production team for technical transfer and delivery improvement;

4.        Communicate with the commercial team to provide new service proposals and promotions;

5.        Be responsible for building, training and leading a team of research and development.

Qualifications:

1.        Ph.D. Degree in organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, peptide science or equivalent of a combination of education or experience;

2.        Knowledgeable in the field of peptide

3.        Proactively participating in collaborative and innovative projects;

4.    Having a keen sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and good communication and teamwork skills.
